Gobble!! Gobble!!

Happy Thanksgiving (a few days late!) This is what our backyard looked like this morning. It has snowed on and off since Friday. Bailey loves to eat the snow.

On Thursday, Reese got her first taste of turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy. She loved it!

Our little Reese is amazing us everyday. Since learning to turn over at 6 months, she has now mastered sitting up, crawling, and pulling herself up to her knees in just a few weeks. She even pulled herself up to standing briefly on Friday. I guess it's time to start baby proofing!

Sacked out after a busy day of eating and playing...

Hope everyone had a great day with family and friends.
Love,
Heather and Ed

She's getting around!

Reese has gone from just starting to roll over to army crawling around the living room - backwards. She is also cutting her 3rd tooth, top and to the left. She is definitely more uncomfortable this time around.

Happy Halloween!!

We couldn't decide which was cuter - the monkey or the lobster. No trick or treating this year, but she can wait for 2009! If you look one the lobster picture, you can see her 2 bottom teeth.

Happy 6 Months!!

We can't believe it! Reese is 6 months old! Her check up was on Monday - she's as healthy as a horse - literally!

Weight: 18.8 lbs, 90 percentile
Height: 261/2 inches, 75th percentile

Reese has mastered the roll in the past several days. She's all over the living room at the blink of an eye. Yes, I know, she has more cleavage than I do!

Tired, and teething.

Believe it or not, her hair is light brown. She looks like a flaming red head here!

You mess with me, you mess with the whole family...

The boys already love me.

mmmmm...tasty digit...

If you can't tell, Reese loves her exersaucer (and it makes for great photo ops!)

Time for teeth!

No buds yet, but they are coming! We have been introducing different fruits to her along with her cereal each evening. So far, she likes everything but peaches (just like her mom!)

God bless the exersaucer. I can finally get some things done around the house while she entertains herself.

Rolling over: so close, but no banana. Tonight she worked on it all evening. Soon!!

Labor Day Weekend

We made the brave move to drive home to Dallas for the long labor day weekend. Reese did fantastic for the 13 hour drive each way. We only had minimal crying, and were able to get to our destination early enough to keep her on her usual evening schedule. Thank you for hosting us, Jessica and Billy!

Reese having some giggle time with Jessica

Sunday night, Jessica and Billy threw us a "sip and see" party, where our friend could come and meet Reese. It was great catching up with everyone.

Thanks to everyone who made this weekend great!
